Zumba

An aerobic fitness program featuring various styles from Latin American dance. 

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

A workout similar to circuit training where you give one hundred percent effort concentrated through quick bursts of exercise followed by short intervals for recovery. This keeps your heart rate elevated and burns more fat in less time. 

Balance (Yoga)

Exercise based on discipline in the areas of breath control, meditation, and adopting specific bodily positions. This helps increase muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and strength. Yoga can also alleviate muscle and joint pain while helping with weight reduction. 

Water Aerobics

An aerobic fitness program that utilizes water resistance for various exercises. Water aerobics are also easier on the bones and joints due to being submerged in water.

Aqua Zumba

An aerobic fitness program featuring various styles from Latin American dance, that also utilizes water resistance for the exercises. This also makes it easier on the bones and joints while being submerged in water, which reduces impacts.

Jazzercise (Handled Separate from PYCC. See front desk for details)

Jazzercise is the original dance party workout, blending dance with Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. One 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories! The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Routines are choreographed to hit songs that change up all year long.
