HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

A workout similar to circuit training where you give one hundred percent effort concentrated through quick bursts of exercise followed by short intervals for recovery. This keeps your heart rate elevated and burns more fat in less time. 

Water Aerobics

An aerobic fitness program that utilizes water resistance for various exercises. Water aerobics are also easier on the bones and joints due to being submerged in water.


ndoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Jazzercise (Handled Separate from PYCC. See front desk for details)

Jazzercise is the original dance party workout, blending dance with Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. One 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories! The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Routines are choreographed to hit songs that change up all year long.
